To Elevate Self-Awareness and Shift From Avoiding Illness to Creating Wellness
How does your body work, and what is its ideal state?
Think about it. These are the real questions. Not “what do I have?” and labeling and living with it.
If you understood that, you would be so self-aware that you would always know how far from the ideal you are, what your true potential is (far beyond what you ever imagined), and you’d know when things went wrong and how to search for their true cause, not just label them, live with them, and move on. Because if you knew the ideal function, you’d know when it’s not ideal.
“I take people from condition labeling and ‘sick-care’ to understanding the purpose, design structure, mechanics and function of their bodies. It’s done by elevating self-awareness, which enables active participation in health improvement, handling illness, and leading a wellness-based life. Know function. Live well. This is my mission.”
We live in a society that takes discomfort, pain and adverse physical ailments and labels them as not only an illness or disease, but dead-ends the notion of ever getting rid of them. It’s about finding the cause of disease, not labelling and fighting the symptoms of it.
This is the paradigm shift that saved my life!

Let’s face an indisputable fact…
Far more stressful than the stress we’re trying to escape is that which comes from the sheer amount of information out there telling us what to do about it…
We’re bombarded on social media every day. We’re being blitzed with all kinds of conflicting information on wellness coming from all directions and corners of the globe. But what if you could have sufficient self-awareness to know where you were in relation to an ideal state for the body according to it’s purpose, design, structure, mechanics, and function?
Suddenly, all of those ideologies flooding toward you wouldn’t be so overwhelming. You could see through all of it to only what’s useful and workable. You would be able to sort out and observe which ones work for you to achieve the ultimate goal of having that optimum state of wellness.
That’s what my goal is for you.
I’m not a licensed physician.** I’m an advocate of a mindset, a wellness-based view of things, one of creating health as opposed to the all-too-common ‘sick care,’ avoidance of illness, and labelling symptoms as permanent conditions that you must live and cope with.
And may you be physically, mentally, and emotionally better for it.
**This show is not intended to replace medical advice by a licensed physician.”
